The Workout

A one hour high intensity boxercise and functional training session guaranteed to get you fighting fit! Sessions are divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent getting your heart racing with explosive some explosive HIIT training while the other half is spend exploring the skills and drills of boxing. Burn up to 1,000 calories. Our high intensity interval classes will without a doubt push you to your limits. Our training programs are always different so no two sessions are ever the same.
