Our private training sessions are tailored around you and your requirements. Whether you want to brush up your boxing technique or turn up your HIIT routines, our crew has you covered.
Your personalised fitness journey in 5 steps:
- Step 1:
- Book your training times.
- Step 2:
- Meet with the team to discuss your health and fitness goals, as well your diet. Sessions will be structured around your expectations and goals. The nutritional side is also hugely important and ensuring we get this right can be the difference in you meeting your goals or not.
- Step 3:
- At your initial consult you will do your body composition measurements so we can monitor your weight, muscle mass and body fat throughout your journey with us. We will set goals and work towards them. Our body composition machine never lies, so make sure you stick to why you first started!
- Step 4:
- The EFC team will send through meals plans and nutritional guidelines for you to follow. Use these as your bible. You know the saying, ‘’you can’t out train a bad diet!”
- Step 5:
- You have now been inducted into the EFC Fam. Start training and working towards crushing your goals!!!
