10 WEEK CHALLENGE

The next challenge will run from 27 January – 4 April 2020.
WHAT IT INCLUDES:
- 4 BOXFIT classes per week.
- Training is within the group classes which incorporates a 1 hour high intensity boxercise and functional training session.
- The challenge is more individual focused concentrating on you and your needs in order to improve your weight, fitness and diet.
- The challenge will include a meal plan which has been specifically designed for EFC GYM by a top nutritionist.
- Body assessments will be done on a weekly basis where we will be monitoring both your weight and body fat percentage with the ultimate goal of losing as much body fat as possible.
- Ready prepared meals can be ordered from the Fuel Bar in order to ensure that you are fully prepared each and every day with your meals. All meals are gluten, sugar and wheat free.
